THE CO-LOCATION OF THE INVESTIGATORS FOSTERS THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLIGENCE IN A TIMELY FASHION WHICH HELPS TO FACILITATE THE USE OF THE INFORMATION AND PROVIDES MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY IN SELECTING THE MEANS MOST LIKELY TO RESULT IN THE DISRUPTION OR DISMANTLING OF ORGANIZED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.
